The source of their claim (http://nymag.com/daily/intel/2010/08/judge_vaughn_walker_hands_vict.html) is just based on what some unidentified source witnessed. Don't jump the gun...
I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm hoping for the same thing. But I'd wait it out before trusting random sources.
